New installed ATV212WU75N4 VSD does not change state when pressing the Loc/Rem button on VSD face. Have been referred to FAQs (FA243743) to set F207=3 & F200=0, but still not solved.

The communication between VSD and BMS controller is good. When testing VSD in Loc mode and run, BMS point (BV0) can get the RUNS signal. But Binary Value Objects Instance #4 HAND/AUTO ACT not change state.
