Usb PLC Driver in Windows 10 and 11

My PLC USB driver isn't working in Windows 10 and 11. It works in earlier versions. Things checked:

• I have updated to the latest drivers.
• Event viewer shows "CoId={3BD2E028-BA74-4A29-B628-E1E2570F2F5D}: The user SYSTEM dialed a connection named USBCON which has failed. The error code returned on failure is 797."
• in Device Manager the BMX CPU shows "Opening the modem device failed with error 00000020" in the diagnostics
• Usb PLC is running in Services
• ControlExpert message is "This isnt a vailid PLC Address, or PLC is busy, or media is off."

1. What PLC are you connecting to?

2. What programming software ae you using?

3. What version of the driver are you running?

3.) Latest version of the driver from Schneider Setup Version 14.15.0.0

My PLC is connected to windows 10 device with cable tsxcusb485, communication worked when the PC was in windows 10, i have upgraded the OS to windows 11 through windows update option, after the upgradation the communication is not working' - PLC TM200CE40R
