Hello Rishi,
1: This Modicon premium CPU is probably programmed with PL7. PL7 is no longer available for download since 2018 as it's in service mode. So you need someone who can provide you a copy. Could also be programmed with the current UnityPro/EcoStruxure Control Expert software, is this particular CPU type could be upgraded with new firmware. This is not shown by the Partnumber of the CPU, as this is a just a firmware upgrade. You need the application file or some other information from the owner showing this.
2: If you want to diagnose/debug the application you need a copy of the original application. If you're lucky you can upload this application form the CPU, but only if the original program was transferred including the upload information. If this was transferred without upload information, you need the original application file.
3: The TER port is an RS485 port. Easiest to use this, is using the original cable which includes an RS232/RS485 converter. Do not start building your own. Also these cable sets are no longer available for sales.
4: Connect to the ethernet port on the TSXETY4103 module. If you do not know the IP address (available in the original application file) you can try to connect your laptop to the Ethernet port and use WIRESHARK (free download). At powerup, the ETY module will send some "Gratious ARP" messages showing it's IP address.
5: You need to install XWAY drivers (part of PL7 programming package) to communicate with the CPU through Ethernet and through the TER port.
My advice: Find someone who has experience and the (application) software, or ask your local Schneider Electric service organization.
