Please be aware that Concept is obsolete software and the supported PLC hardware for Concept is not available for sales anymore.

Whenever I was trying to transfer program as per Scheider SOP throw update button from primary to secondary PLC, secondary PLC is not holding its secondary status.it is continuous blinking and program is not transfer successfully.

Did you try to download the program directly in the STBY CPU, without using the transfer button?

Did you check the SYNC-link cable and the Remote IO link connection to the STBY system?

I am transferring throw update and transfer button, all other module like IO, ethernet and HOT Standby are in healthy condition.

You mention HOT Standby is healthy. Can you please check that the STANDBY CPU is STANDBY state? Or is the STANDBY CPU Offline?
