Scadpack 4102 Totalizer hitting setpoint on the dot every day

Hello, I am having a strange issue across multiple of my scadapack 4102s which is coming back into realflo on a scadapack 474. On several of my metering points we are hitting our exact setpoints day after day which is impossible. For example, We have a sales meter check that has a setpoint of 5000mcf and everyday the total is showing 5000mcf on the dot. The customers sale meter is showing around 5140 mcf so we know our meter is off. Is there anything in realflo that rounds this value or anything that I am missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
