CONNECTING ATV310 TO SOMOVE

Hello, I need help in connecting ATV310HU30N4E to somove. Device shows up in the scan results as:
Device: ATV31 - ATV312
Type: ATV31
Product reference: ATV310HU30N4E
but I am unable do load from device. Any help please?

Hello! I'm having exactly the same issue

After almost a year from your post, I wonder if you was be able to solve the connection, how did you do?

I'm using SoMove v2.9 with ATV310HU40N4E

I have been officially informed that Easy ATV310 series does not support Somove.
Please let me know if possible😭

By the way, FYI. ATV31 and ATV312 is previous model which is End-of-commerce few years ago. 
Now the replacement is ATV320.
