Some of our forums do not display pre-defined labels when you start a new topic. This means that the labels are opened and not limited to a common theme. This is usually the case on support and knowledge pages where you can ask about pretty much anything regarding the Schneider Electric Community
In this post you will find a video on how to add user-defined labels to your posts. Just follow these steps:
- Step 1: Start a new topic on a forum or blog.
- Step 2: On the right side of the page, click on the labels box field
- Step 3: Start typing your desired label – some labels suggestions will show to simplify the selection
- Step 4: Post your topic
You are now ready to post labelled forum posts. Whenever you feel like pre-defined labels do not cover your topic, you are welcome to ask in broader forums where labels are not limited, for instance, the Ask the Community Forum.
