Whenever you are exploring the Schneider Electric Community, there are several tools that can help you sort the many themes and subjects you will find.
Labels are the most easy and quick way to get a forum sorted by topic. That is why labelling your posts correctly is key to ensure that users and experts will find and read them. In this post, you will see how to add pre-defined labels to your posts.
Most of our communities have a pre-existing list of labels, defined by the communities’ owners - this will help you classify your new posts into one or more sub-categories.
- Step 1: Go to your preferred forum and start a new topic by clicking on “Start a topic”
- Step 2: On the right side of the page, click on the labels box field
- Step 3: Select the adequate label(s) related to your question / message, from the list below the labels field and click to add them one by one.
You are now ready to post labelled forum posts. We invite to check the different Schneider Electric Community forums available and start a topic.
