This highlights the significant assistance available for various needs, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, seamlessly integrating Schneider Electric products with other systems or software, and effectively configuring and setting up Schneider Electric equipment.
Finally, we are pleased to announce that 37k new members have joined our Community, recognizing the valuable benefits of belonging to Community. This growing membership base indicates a dynamic environment where members actively contribute by sharing questions and solutions.

In 2024, we unveiled a global relaunch making it even easier for you to access Community. Now, you can seamlessly navigate directly from mySchneider to Community. We also introduced a suite of redesigned landing pages, crafted to enhance your experience. These new pages boast significant speed and performance improvements, delivering a 15-20% boost depending on the page, ensuring a smoother and faster journey.
To better serve your needs, we expanded our community platform in 2024 by adding 4 new forums. This significantly increases the number of Schneider Electric products for which you can find answers and seek assistance within our community :
