Scaling for Delta Accumulators

I've recently had a request for a customer for totalisers that have different units.

So we have a DNP3 point which represents the daily total flow/production/consumption etc... which is in kL / kWhrs / kJ / Cats

We then apply this through a set of Delta Accumulators to provide a:

* Total this Week

* Total this Month

* Total this Year

* Total ever

What we would like however is if these Totals would be in ML / MWhrs / MJ / kiloCats

At the moment we'd have to do something with a calculation point to divide the current total by 1000, but this isn't very scalable... for example if the customer comes back and wants Total ever to be in GL / GWhrs / GJ / MegaCats  then we'd need yet another calculation point, and it would be even more confusing.

If it was as easy as having a Scale value of 0.001 for the kL -> ML, and 0.000001 for the kL -> GL that would be ideal (I'd be happy for it to display in 'scientific' notation of 1E-3 and 1E-6 also...)
