At the moment in GeoSCADA trends don't provide any indication of how much historical data might be available for a set of points. This means that trends might end up displaying periods of time for which there is no historical data for.
What would be nice would be if it were possible to tick a box for a trend (and embedded trend) which would then have a scroll bar along the Time axis, allowing quick movement to a particular time through the recorded history, and also showing an indication of how much history is currently shown (based on the width of the scroll 'handle').
