I'm not really sure what this error code means but it was seen when an unlocking code was accidentally pasted onto the wrong line in an email, merging it with the dongle number.

The 'unlocking code' ended up looking like this:

D123456ETHEABIUALESJACYCDDVHUEQHEE......AFQEQWDFN

where:

dongle number is D123456

Unlocking code is ETHEABIUALESJACYCDDVHUEQHEE......AFQEQWDFN

Customer is about to try just pasting in the unlocking code part (the last 265 characters of the).
