We have a customer that wants to integrate his MGE Galaxy 5000 in the EGX with basic readings like current / Tension maybe some positions.

You may find a modbus list here (starting page 21)

It would have the same purpose as an ATV Driver that already is in the EGX.

Have you considered using the EGX300 Custom Device Type Generator for this customer? I believe that you will be able to provide what is needed by using this.

But it would be much easier if the driver would be integrated....

The custom driver is limited....
