Hello, I have problems logging in to smartlink IS D, after updating to the latest firmware, I think it was V2.4.6 with EcoStruxure power Commission
Does anyone know, if the username and password have been changed

Hello @Bygg ,
Not a good news... there is a chance that your device is corrupted.
Did you upgraded the device in peer to peer ? Or through a Network with routers ?
To confirm the issue you can read the Modbus Registers address 109 (Register Number = 110):
If the result is not V2.4.6, this may confirm that the exploit file of your device was not pushed correctly during the FW upgrade process.
In this case, please contact tech support for further instruction.

Hi, @Romain_Polette
Thanks for your reply,
We have chosen to change the Smartlink to Power tag link.
Think it's the safest bet for the future.

Hello @Bygg ,
PowerTag Link is discontinued (no new feature / FW development) but maybe you have some stock in your country. For new design (or retrofit) we recommend Panel Server PAS400 to replace Smartlink SID and PowerTag Link A9XMWD20.
If you replace your gateway, you will need to power off/on your PowerTag sensors to pair them with your new gateway.

Hello @Romain_Polette
okay, we have started to switch from Smartlink to powertag link, so now we should probably consider Psa400, thanks for the info 🙂
