PM5560 modbus RTU with Panel Server

I can't connect the two PM5560 measuring devices to the server panel via EPC. The connection is a Modbus line connection with an end-of-line resistor at one of the measuring devices. I have already configured both PM5560 measuring devices at 9600 baud with odd parity. I still can't see the two PM5560 measuring devices on the Ecostruxure Power Commission platform. Thank you for your help.

Hello @Sidym ,

can you detect both PM5560 on your Panel Server Web interface ?

If yes, did you enable Modbus TCP services on your Panel Server ?

Please check the Virtual IDs of your PM5560 attributed by the Panel Server to your devices. On EPC, please use Panel Server IP + Virtual IDs to detect the devices.

EPC supports PM5560 with FW 2.7.4 or higher, check your PM5560 version.

Hi @Romain_Polette,

Thanks for your responsiveness,

I can't even detect a single PM5560

Hello,

I understand that you have wired PM to PAS using RS485 modbus interface. Are you sure of the +/- wiring.

Have you configured the modbus port on PAS to match the modbus config of your PM ?

Are you sure you have modbus Id configured on PM ?

Are you adding the PM manually or are you trying to discover them in PAS ?

You have to configure this page in PAS web pages :

Kind Regards,
