Given a PowerTag of the following serial number:
RN-####-###-4-GH-0105
And we query the modbus section for this tag's serial:
Then we get
RN-####-###-4-GH-010
instead of the full serial number.
Presumably this is because the maximum length of this section is 20 bytes, whilst the actual serial number contains 21 characters. Is there a workaround for this?

Hello @Breina
Hope you're fine.
Can you please provide a similar screenshot of the below one. I was not able to find in my config a device serial number with more than 20 chars.
Thanks in advance

Hey Eric,
Here you go:
Please forgive me censoring 7 characters, this device is not mine so I don't want to leak his serial number.

Hello @Breina ,
I confirm, I can reproduce with a recent PTag NSX (SN = 21 char).
Value returned by Modbus Tool (only 20 char as expected):
