TH110 Does not pair to ZBRN

Hello,

We have problem with TH110 pairing to ZBRN.

We tried to pair TH110 sensors to ZBRN1 and ZBRN32 with and without serial number (FF.....). We injected current through sensor about 40-60 amps. 

Problem is with new sensors, serial number starting FL2024. Old sensor, serial number FL2020W5060012 did pair to ZBRN like it suppose to, under 1 minute.

Is the new sensors even suppose to pair to ZBRN?

Sensor we tried to pair is,

FL2024W332S0576  FFEBA41D

FL2024W332S0265  FFEBA2E6

ZBRN,

ZBRN1 ID: 040EF81B

ZBRN32  ID: 02880

Hello @tommye,

What type of ZBRN do you have , ZBRN1,2, or 32 ?

New sensors with a S in the serial number require an update of the industrial config file of the ZBRN.
