Panel Server with VPN

Hi everyone,

Client would like to connect meters to a panel server, publishing in the cloud. Question:

on manuals / it's shown only URLs , port 443 , protocol HTTPs as mean of publishing data to the Schneider Electric Cloud.

1) IT Dept expressed concerned about HTTPs/port443 being public and asks by what means are the data in transit protected.

2)  is there a way to have a VPN embedded in the Panel Server Software / if not, any recommendation of what external device to add to have a VPN attached to the architecture

Trafic is encrypted between PAS and EcoStruxure Technology Platform, Port 443 is used widely for this type of trafic to be able to pass Firewalls, etc...

As far as I know VPN if required should be external. Pay attention to all urls that need to be whitelisted.
