We are using the panel server PAS600 with firmware version 002.002.000 to read and send over SFTP protocol the consumption of 20 electric meter analyzers in .csv format. The analyzers are Schneider PM500.
We have set up the panel server to read and send data every 15 min, at each quarter (same as spanish electrical grid distributor). The panel server timestamp is configured for NTP Server, so it is synchronized with the electrical grid distributor.
The problem we are facing is that the files reach our server between 4 and 12 min later than when they were captured. What it could be the cause for such a variable and long delay?
As an example, please see attached screenshot. The readings belong to data read on 06/10/2025 09:30:00h, but the creation timestamp is between 6 and 8 min later.

hello @Eric_HAVAS
struggling to identify the meaning or launch and start
I thought It was not possible to publish every 15 min ?
This table explain the difference with cloud publishing vs SFTP push. sampling at :15, 30, 45,00 and publish at 10, 20,30,40,50,00
Seems not related to the issue reorted for which I understand that PAS is requiring 6min to process the file and send it.
Except if sampling = 15 and publish = 10 where you can get delay.
Kind Regards

Hi @Guillaume_Evrard and thanks you very much for your reply!
From your reply, and what is shown on the manual, I understand that when the publishing period is less than the sampling period you make sure the data arrives before the next quarter. In other words, the publishing period is the MAXIMUM time it takes the Panel Server to read, create and publish data.
I just tried that, and it works! Only downside is that minimum publishing frequency is 10 min... But we can live with that.
Thanks again!

Hello @bran.alfeiran
Any link with what is described in PaS User Guide?
Don't hesitate to take the opportunity to upgrade the firmware of your PaS, for cybersec , for new free functions and bug fixed.
Regards
Eric

Hello @Eric_HAVAS , and thank you very much for taking your time to respond. I had a look at the Publication section of the manual, and found a NOTE that states:
The publication period is calculated from the end of one publication to the start of the next. The time needed for a publication varies depending on the quantity of data to be analyzed and published.
I think this is what we are seeing on our published files. I guess that the time it takes to read the internal memory, create and publish data depends upon the data size and the state of the internal CPU of the device at the time of publishing.
Thank you as well for reminding me about the latest version available. Do you know if there is some way to get notifications for firmware updates on Schneider website? I signed up for Security notifications, but I couldn't find so far an equivalent for firmware.

Hello @bran.alfeiran
The firmware upgrade can be done using the panel server web pages or by using ecostruxure power commission on desktop (EPC-D)
There is no notification process for new firmware availability in PaS web pages but a workaround could be to use the notification process of an embedded tools included by default in EPC-D: Software update:
When a new release of EPC-D is available often due to a new firmware of PaS or another product, you are notified:
If you want to follow what s news on PaS (new functionnalities, bug fixed...) , don't forget you have access to PaS release notes:
PaS400 Entry - Firmware Release Notes
PAS600 Universal Firmware Release Notes
PAS800 Advanced Firmware Release Notes
(All ressources for PaS, are listed on this post )
Regards,
Eric
