Hi all,
I have been trying to setup by Insight Home Device (990-91410B) to my inverter (Conext SW 4024 w/ latest firmware) at home via LAN. While I can access the InsightHome Web Application with no issues, it refuses to connect to InsightCloud. The cloud connection status continues to display red and obviously as a result, no data appears on the cloud portal. I have gone through the instruction manual a number of times but do not see why it would not be connecting. Any ideas as to why this is occurring?

Im having the same issue, Cloud connection status with a red cross instead of a green checkmark.
