How to configure data sampling on PAS800

Hi All,

I am trying to configure the data sampling in PAS800 (FW: 001.005.000), but encountering some problems. Please see the description below.

1. Connect PowerTag to PAS800
2. Disable cloud service

3. Activate sampling

4. But cannot check any measurements nor change the sampling period

Did I miss any steps? Thanks

Hello @Stuart_Cheng 

It seems me that you have activated the sampling but you have not before selected the data for each device to sample.
I propose to desactivate the sampling,
In "Settings" menu / "Data Management", select the data to sample,
reactivate the sampling process

Please note too, that there is a new firmware : v 001.005.001 with great improvements :

hello, Have you enabled the cloud service at one time on the PAS800 ? If yes you ned to factory reset the PAS800

Indeed I enable the cloud service and that is the reason why I could not configure the data sampling interval. I have reset my PAS800 and also contact tech support to register it from EEH. Thanks!
