Antennas for Panel server

Hi All,

I saw there are two kinds of antennas for Panel Server, PASA-ANT1 & SMT10015, but not very sure of the difference.

Is PASA-ANT1 only for the ZigBee signal and SMT10015 only for Wi-Fi signal?

hello,

ANT1 is for PAS WiFi or Zigbee (802.15xxx)

SMT as stated is for LoRa (LPWAN) used in Prismaset active

PAS does not support LoRa today

Thanks for the information! One more thing to confirm, depending on where we install the ANT1 antenna, the function would be different, right?

I for Wi-Fi & N for Zigbee

Hello,

Yes, you are right, the antenna PASA-ANT1 can be used for  WI-Fi (connection to Wi-Fi plant) or IEEE802.15.4 communcation (to gather SE wireless product such as PowerTag)
