HTTPS Site setup

Hello community

A customer is trying to configure an HTTPS site that will receive csv data from com'x.

If they configure it to use http it works, but in https it doesn't.

Someone expert in this topic or who already did this type of configuration is available to have a look at it (both com'x and site)?

It is quite urgent.

Hi Colton,

yes, he bought one of the certificates supported.

I think you already know that we succeed to do the publication with the new release of the firmware (5.0.2).

Hi Sabrina,

Can you confirm the customer's publication server is using a supported certificate (you can find a list of supported certificates in the user manual in the Appendix)?
