Com'X510 Delete device?

Hello all,

If I deleted the Smartlink on the Com'X510 view, can I retrieve the logged historical data of the sub meters under the Smartlink, or I lose them all?

Hi Yang,

You will lose any downstream devices under the smartlink if you delete the smartlink itself.

Hello all,

I got reply from R&D team as below:

This depends on if the devices that were connected to the Acti 9 SmartLink were deleted, as well.  If so, then no, the log data is deleted when the devices are deleted.  If not, then the log data should be available for export.
