Energy reading showing Zero value

Hello PME team,

I am using EGX 300 , I am trying to monitoring the Energy value of EM 6400 on EGX 300.

But it showing zero value, I have attached snaps of the error.

Kindly suggest me to fix the issue.

Hi Abhishak,

Is there any energy values are accumulated in the EM6400 meter? Since only the voltage & frequency is displayed. Apply some load current and check, is the power and energy values are updating.

If the values are still not updating, please read and share the registers values starting from 3957 (8 registers).
