I figured this was the best place to ask? I can imagine a product where solar, battery, grid, and load were all monitored and power could be routed intelligently. Being able to switch off grid-tie in the event of a power outage would be a major benefit. I have seen some systems that deploy batteries to shave peak grid costs if you go over your solar's capacity during the day, things like that.
Has someone distilled this down to a consumer appliance? What is this kind of product called?

Hello @elden25 ,
You are right, this is not the best place to ask 🙂
We have not such an offer to support on this EcoStruxure Power & Grid forum.
MicroGrid solutions from Schneider are not applicable to home.
The only solution for you could be Wiser Energy Center. For more information, I recommend you to ask in the Wiser community. Some other solutions may be available for home application.
Regards,
