Hi,
Why would a user not be able to access the setting for Pulse meter offset in a brand new Com'X 210 or Com'X510?
Logged into the COM'X 210 using Chrome, Firefox and Edge. Played with screen magnification. Didn't make a difference. Digital input (pulse) measurement properties advanced settings arrow toggles up and down but user can't enter the offset. (refer attachments. Offset not configurable when setting up the input either)
Configuring engineering units in the hardware is a requirement.
This has been seen before. What causes this? What is the solution?
Both Com'X210 and ComX510 have application version 6.5.4, MCU Board FW versiosn 2.2.6, Root Partition Version 4.2.2, Soft partition version 6.5.4, Hardware Version 5.

Hello @swil ,
This is a known issue with FW 6.5.4. You do not have access to the "Pulse Weight" AND "offset" parameters.
If you upgrade to 6.8.4 => this will fix the problem.
Regards,
