Com'X 200 and Huawei E3131

Hello, please can anyone share experiences about Com'X 200 connection with USB-dongle Huawei E3131 (using this module is approved as tested in new gateway documentation)?  I have checked the different series of Huawei dongles, but situation is always same - the gateway didn't see dongle as connected device.

For now I've the Huawei E3131 dongle with firmware revision 21.158.13.03.143 and Com'X 200 with 2.2.1 firmware. I tried to use dongle with default/modem/modem+network card configuration changing state by AT-commands. Usually (in Zyxel gateways for example) dongles are connected only in modem state.

It seems that I need to reflash my dongle with specific firmware version which is supported by gateway, or patch gateway by Huawei drivers. Anyway it will be great if someone told in detail how to connect devices and what firmware version dongle must have (or share this firmware).

Also it's looking very strange using old-fashioned USB-dongles in modern device. For example in Russia Huawei E3131 is almost left out of stocks.

Aleksandr, what is the modle number of your dongle(open the box, the number just above the IMEI number)? My E3131 dongle modle number is E3131h-2, and I upgrade the dongle with the firmware  21.318.33.00.604, and the dongle works with Comx.

So it seems that there are some sub-modle of E3131 in the market, like E3131s-2, E3131h-2, E3131A...... and  the Comx only competiable with some E3131 with some particular firmware.

Could schneider R&D team give us some instruciton on it?

Chao, my Huawei dongle is pure E3131 without supporting Hilink technology. Yes, you are right - I know the different types of dongle: s, s-1, s-2, s-3, s-6, h...  What we need - is a full reference of dongle and his firmware version.

With what fw version of gateway that was done? Please share the full reference of modem and his firmware version.

With Huawei E3131 I didn't reach any results, gateway can't detect the modem. I hope with new one will be better.
