I've been working with a ComX 200 and am trying to configure it to send data to our EO Sandbox.
My current set-up:
ComX powered on. Ethernet 1 connected to Warrington (UK) office network. Ethernet 2 connected to my PC. I can access the internet on my PC while connected to the ComX

Hello,
1. Am I using the correct port, 21?
Yes
2. How do I check that the network is working i.e. the ComX can connect to the internet?
This feature will come in the firmware 1.3.x
3. How do I check the firmware version that is installed on the device?
In the about page (top right of the screen)
You may need to setup a proxy in the Com'X. You could have a look to the proxy settings in your PC or contact the local IT support for the details.
Regards,
Sylvain
