Adding HeatTag to PAS600

Hello,

I was trying to add Heattag to PAS600 over web browser using wireless device discovery.

When the Heattag was found I got message (picture attached)

Have someone met such error ?

How to use selective discovery ?

Hello @Jacek_P , 

Please unselect "Protect Plus" when you discover the HeatTag. This device is not compatible with "Protect Plus" discovery mode.

@Jacek_P Hello,

HeatTag is having an Install Code as it is Zigbee Prod Device. When flashing the QR code if you are able to see it it would mean that you can use secure mode, if not disable protect plus. It depends if you have an old HeatTag or a brand new one.

Install Code has to be provided on the table before trying to pair the device.
