Dear expert,
We have this rack in DCO showed cooling redundancy n+7, this should not be right. What does it mean and how could we fix this?
Thanks ,
Ziqiang

Hi Ziqiang,
The cooling redundancy for a rack indicates the number of cooling units that can fail and still keep the airflow state of that rack OK. The following page contains the definitions: Cooling Redundancy
As far as I know, cooling redundancy is part of the 2D cooling calculations (and not a user defined parameter).
Kind regards

Hi Jef,
Thank you. Is there any place I can check which cooling units could affect the rack?
Best Regards,
Ziqiang

Hi Ziqiang,
Right click on a rack, and select Simulate Impact, that should display a list of equipment (including the cooling units).
Kind regards
