update from 8.1.0 to 8.2.2 failed

we run the update , but after reboot we have the old version.  if you download the client the version is 8.2.2

Hi Richard,

It appears to be upgraded - the webmin module version corresponding to DCO 8.2.2 and the desktop download version as you've noticed corresponds to 8.2.2. But it is strange that "About page" is showing something different. I think the log files may contain useful info, however wondering perhaps it might be browser cache related. Can you please try to refresh the page (and/or possibly try with clean cache).

 

Would it be possible to ask for the server logs to be shared with me? Server logs can be downloaded from server webmin interface StruxureWare DC Operation > Download Log Files > Download log files

I will send you an invite to my =S= box shortly, so that data can be shared (if you would) safely with me, thanks.

Wondering if you had chance to read the email I've send you last Friday - here is a short copy/past of its message:

According to the kindly provided log files, it appears the DCO server is upgraded to 8.2.2.

You mentioned “if you download the client the version is 8.2.2”, I was wondering if you have installed and could run this desk top application, if so what  would “Help > About StruxureWare Data Center Operation” show about the DCO version?

It might have been browser cache related, have you tried refreshing (or clearing the browser cache) and see what the About page (in Webmin) would say?
