Hi Muhammad,
Without knowing exactly what kind of errors you're seeing, I can only guess that this is some type of SNMP communications issue. If that's the case, you may want to look through k-base FA226273. This should help with most SNMP based issues. If you can actually discover the device but are seeing no values, it may be that you need a DDF for your specific device(s). If that's what's happening ,you may want to check help.se-dmaas.com/devices for a DDF specific to your device or request one if it's not available.

actually its not discover any device but I can ping the same ip address . its snmp v1 and ddf I already uploaded but unfortunately its discover nothing

The k-base has a bit of info to go through. SNMP v1 is pretty easy so there's not much there that isn't in the document. Please note that ping and SNMP use different ports and protocols so even if you can ping, doesn't mean SNMP is open or even turned on.
