is there any way to cause a slowness on the DCO url when we try to access the web client using a public IP. is there anything should be checked on application level. sometimes it takes long time to browse and sometimes fails.

Charbel Nemer Could you describe your network setup in more detail? Which proxy server do you use, do you have firewall, etc.

Hi Stanislav, I have checked all the network configuration and its working properly, all required ports are allowed and no logs are detected on idp. yes we have proxy Server "OS: RedHat". the problem is that sometimes the application took long time to browse from IE and i am not able at all to open it from Google chrome. P.S: an SSL Certificate has been installed as well on DCO server. Regards,

Hi Charbel,
I was wondering perhaps the following general hint might be useful to tryout,
If the connection between the StruxureWare Data Center Operation server and client is slow, add an exception in the connection options for the StruxureWare Data Center Operation IP address.
The StruxureWare Data Center Operation client uses the proxy settings from the operating system. If you are running on Windows, you can configure the settings through the Internet Explorer connection options.
1. In Internet Explorer, select Tools>Internet Options.
2. Select the Connections tab.
3. Click LAN settings.
4. In Proxy server, select Use a proxy server for your LAN.
5. Click Advanced.
6. In Exceptions, add your exceptions separated by semi-colon.
Kind regards
