Hello,
We are having problems in our data center in Argentina, when we activate the proxy suddenly the netbotz 355/570 lose communication:
( see img 1)
It is seen that after re-activating the Proxy when it polls them again it can no longer:
(see img 2)
When we left it operational with the proxy connected, all the equipment looked fine,
but now when entering we see that they are with that alarm ... I tried to remove the
proxy (nothing), I put it back (nothing), but the strange thing is that the GW reaches out
to apliances to survey their components and states:
(see img 3 and 4)
what can we do now to communicate them again? where could be the problem?
