Hi Alastair,
Did you have a specific question about pCOweb?
If so, can you provide more details, so that we can try to help you.
Thanks & Regards

Hi John,
Sorry, didn't realise I'd posted a question, I thought I was searching 😀
I'm trying to setup 2 Airedale alphacools with DCE that have a pCOweb card but I'm not getting anything out of them either by SNMP Walking or adding devices in DCE. I was looking to see if anyone had a link to the DDF/MiB files to see if that would help, although as I couldn't even get anything with SNMP walk I suspect it's more of an issue with the pCO cards rather than DCE.

Dear Alastair Macleod,
As far as I understand, you use SNMP DDF-files for the above-mentioned cooling units.
My question is: have you tried to ask for help to a special web-resource http://webcard-it.schneider-electric.com/enterPanel.asp (there is free registration required within one business day)? As I already wrote in the topic of BREF2812A, there is published an e-mail, which is asked to contact for technical support.
I really hope this helps you 😀.
With respect.

Hi,
Thanks for your advice, i have reached out and obtained the DDF file i believe i need, the only thing confusing me is that the units won't respond to a SNMP walk. I'm back on site in a couple of weeks so will update my progress then.
