thanks for your response. I have already been looking through the existing questions and have seen all the above answers and relative links but if you look at the content you'll see that every one of these queries were resolved offline. I did comment on a couple asking for Jef Faridi to help but haven't heard anything back as yet. We have logged a ticket to Schneider ticket number 45999646.
