how do I flip the banks on my netbotz 750. what is the procedure for doing a firmware change

Running a flip banks command should only be done at the request of technical support. When issues occur an investigation should occur and be looked at as to what is going on with the appliance, if possible, before technical support would recommend performing a flip banks action.

For failed firmware upgrades where the appliance is no longer accessible to perform the upgrade again, I recommend reaching out to technical support for assistance so they can look further into the situation with you.
