I am unable to see the image that you posted, but I would start with ensuring that the firmware is the most recent. The currently released firmware as of writing this is 5.3.5 and can be found on the apc.com product page for the 750 in the Software and Firmware section: https://www.apc.com/us/en/product/NBRK0750/netbotz-rack-monitor-750/
If the issue is still occurring after getting your appliance to the most recent version, please reach out to technical support for assistance as they will need to gather some detailed information on the issue.
