Hello all,
I tried to configure for certain alarms the two output relays to activate and when the alarm disappears, the relay to return to the deactivated state, but it seems that the relays only receive the command when the alarm is generated and when the alarm is canceled, the relays do not change the state back as would be normal
the version is 5.3.5 and I tried it on two pieces of equipment with the same result and the relays are the ones included in the equipment, not the ones connected to the universal sensons ports
Has anyone encountered this problem?
thanks

Hi @Gabi,
The relays should go to abnormal state when an alarm occurs, and go back to a normal state when the alarm resolves. If the alarm is active at the time that you performed the alarm configuration for the output relays, the action configuration likely will not take place until it is resolved and then occurs again.
If you can provide step by step details as to your testing, including the results after each test and images of the configuration it may help the community better assist you.
Regards,
Cory

Hi @Gabi,
Were you able to get this to work on your production appliance? Just wanted to follow-up on this issue.

Cory
