118002: Failed to update task status

Hello,

The system does not allow me to finalize work orders, I tried adding a new genome and when I finished the work order the system threw the following error.

 Working en the version 9.4.1

If you are still experiencing the issue I recommend reaching out to technical support and providing them with the following information:

• Detailed description of the issue including screen captures if possible.
• Serial number found within the desktop client under Help > About.
• Server log files: https://community.se.com/t5/ITA-Troubleshooting/Downloading-log-files-for-troubleshooting/ta-p/44711...
• Client log files: https://community.se.com/t5/ITA-Troubleshooting/Downloading-log-files-for-troubleshooting/ta-p/44711...

Just a note that log files may be too large to provide to technical support via web form or email.  If this is the case they will reach out and provide you with a method of uploading them.

If you were able to get your issue resolved, we would welcome you to provide some details on the solution to assist any other customers that may run into this issue.

I am not seeing where you contacted into support, but I believe that this issue is not present in newer version of ITA.  I would recommended starting with an upgrade of the software if you are still experiencing this issue.  If you do not have access to the upgrade files in the EcoStruxure IT Entitlements portal, you can reach out to technical support to have your software support contracts verified and access provided.
