Hi Miguel,
The NetBotz communicates to the Pelco camera using HTTP communications. That's all. If there is intermittent communications issues, it is most likely that not all attempted communications are getting through, one way or the other. This could be due to high traffic and any point including the Pelco camera, the NetBotz itself, or any point in the network in between.
If you are doing a lot on the NetBotz appliance such as constant surveillance, connecting multiple cameras, have a lot of people accessing the appliance, lots of alerts, etc, you first need to limit these things. Limiting the number of people directly accessing the Pelco camera would be a good idea too.
You can always test by configuring the appliance and camera in a limited environment, just to remove the outside influences. Little by little add to that environment.

I don't know how can knonw how much info is sent to dce, may be the motion detection?. Is configured as 640x480 and 10 frame sec, may be better 320x240?
There are any info to configured this pelco? i used Tips for NetBotz-Pelco Integration_REV9

Hi Miguel,
I'd try maybe lowering the 10 frames a second for testing but 640x480 should work fine. We should be able to get better resolution than that. As for configuration suggestions, I don't have that specific camera but any official documentation is either here on the DCIM page or in the k-base such as the one you say you've looked at.
I'm assuming there are no other systems (such as the Pelco DVR) that is recording or communicating with the Pelco cameras but if there are, that could be a cause. Again, if the appliances are not too busy and erroring out themselves, it's usually a network issue. You can try removing the appliance from DCE to see if that makes a change. Possibly a configreset of the NetBotz appliance to be sure there is nothing configured improperly or perhaps a TFTP flash of the firmware as per k-base.
Configreset:

Miguel,
I was pretty sure it wasn't a hardware issue with the NetBotz appliance. Isolate them. Take them off the network and make a network with just the 2 devices. That takes the network out of the picture. You can try a few different firmwares on the NetBotz appliance too. If you still have issues, that leans toward an issue with the camera.

That's not what I was trying to say. Make a test network with 3 devices. NetBotz, Pelco, and your laptop. Does the issue still happen
When I talk about firmware, that is a suggestion to try a different firmware not asking you to verify they are the same. I'm assuming that, like the other post, you're using 4.6.1. Have you tried maybe 4.5.4

I specifically noted 4.5.4 as it was the one where your camera model was tested. There is no certification procedure.

Hi Miguel,
I'll defer to anyone else that may have one of these configured but the base configuration for any Pelco when monitored by a NetBotz device is based on k-base FA167042.
