I cannot find an on/off switch on the netbotz appliance - is there a specific way to power it up. I removed the power cable waited a while then reconnected the power but it will not switch on.

Dear Riyaad,
There is no On/Off switch on the appliance.
The Netbotz should power ON as soon as the Power is supplied.
There is a Power ON Green LED which should lit after the power is fed to the appliance. Please make sure that the Power Cord is not faulty. Try checking the appliance with a known source and working power cord.
If it still not powering ON, then appliance could be faulty. Please contact country technical support if its under warranty.
Regards,
Bala

Dear Riyaad,
NetBotz 500 is powered by the below APC Dual Power Supply, -5V/3.3V adapter, you may want to check if it's also working.
Regards,
Felix

if you have another netbotz 500 on hand, perhaps you could try swapping this power supply with a known working one.
