Dear all,
I miss my sensors in the aircondition from RZ-01_IRC-1.
Has somebody an idear.
DCO Version: 7.5.0-42470-8540
DCE Version: 7.2.7.25
Aircondition:
3 x Model: ACRC502
3 x Version in DCE: v3.7.5
All ACRC502 have the same sensors:
Input State: | Open |
Output State: | Open |
Active Power Source: | A |
Rack Inlet Sensor 1: | 29.8 °C |
Rack Inlet Sensor 2: | 20.8 °C |
Rack Inlet Sensor 3: | 20.9 °C |
Filter Differential Pressure: | 27 Pa |
Fluid Valve Position: | 35 % |
Fluid Flow: | 0.29 L/s |
Entering Fluid Temperature: | 9.1 °C |
Leaving Fluid Temperature: | 9.3 °C |
The Screen is from DCO in DCE I see all values.
But why do I see only 2 sensors in the DCO. In DCE I have more Sensors?
Best regards
Ralf

Hi Ralf,
Can you please be more specific? What version of DCE are you using? What is the exact model device you're looking at? What version of firmware is on the devices (working and not working)? Are the devices that show these values different in any way from the device that does not show the values? If you do an SNMPwalk of each device, do they both show these values in their output? What view are you showing in your screenshot, is this DCO or DCE? If this is DCO, can you see the values you're looking for in DCE?
