Hello All,
One of our Partners has a customer with the issue below. Has this been seen by anyone else?
Let me know what additional information you may need for troubleshooting.
Thanks
We have recently upgraded the customer Operations server to 7.5.
Since this upgrade we have lost the ability to associate temperature icons onto maps/racks.
All previous associations have now appeared to be removed - only displaying a "?".
New devices do not have the temperature sensors available to associate.
I have completed the following, with no success;
Download capture logs prior
Restart services
Reboot server
Download capture logs after.
This is a live customer server with over 1000+ devices and requiring a fix as soon as possible.

Hi John,
The same issue has been reported to me as well, and this morning I asked for the following info:
1) Have the customer verified that there is in fact a connection between DCO and DCE?
Please ask the customer to verify if it is not done yet.
The communication between DCO and DCE can be verified/tested easily via DCO client:
(in DCO) go to System Setup > External System Configuration, and then do the "Test" (push the Test button):
2) Those temperature sensors are they okay on DCE?
3) Have there been any changes that concern those sensors, such as being unplugged/plugged, re-discovered/re-added on DCE?

Hi John,
Sharing the info with Community,
It seems the issue has been identified on site, and apparently during/after upgrade the "Retrieve sensors" option had been disabled (which should have been enabled):
