Hello,
I used DCE VM to monitor a non-apc device by my laptop, at first I insert the DDF in DCE and I monitored it correctly. After changing the IP of the device and monitor it in the local network (in a virtual Windows), the device information is shown in map view but the device can not launch and an error occurred that said: "could not connect to the device, make sure the device is connected...". Moreover, it is in private LAN with static IP, and it monitors in web browser correctly, but can not launch in dce client. Could anyone please help me?
