NBACS125 HID cards not recognised

Following installation of Netbotz rack access, the HID cards that shipped with the handles are not getting recognised. No beep, no entry in the unregistered cards table on the UI? Any ideas? Firmware on appliance has been updated to

Hi spezialist,

I was able to resolve the issue. It was a faulty 250 appliance. I ran tests on a different appliance and the same handles were able to recognize the cards and allow them access. Appliance was replaced under warranty and solution is up and running.
