I want to import servers serial number's using ETL. I put the serial numbers in the ci_serial_number field on configuration_item table but the serial number in SWO is put just in the External Systems tag but not in the General tag

Hi Enric,
I believe, you can not update via an ETL import the information displayed in the "General" tab of a device property window (name, location...etc). Only custom properties, tags and external system properties (specific tab that comes when connecting an ETL import external system) can be pushed to DCO with an ETL job.

Hi Jef,
Thanks for your quick response.
I think the ETL have some limitations. Have you think to enhance it?
Best regards,
Enric
