I want to upgrade firmware of APC ACRP-102 controller and also its VFD firmware, but i did not find any document of firmware please share its documents and link.

Go to www.apc.com, Click on support, resources and tools, software/firmware. Maybe it will bring you to a different page. If not, try changing your country code to US as it does work for me:

Hi Muhammad,

In many cases, cooling units will turn off when you upgrade their firmware. If that is the case (and I can't say that the model you're referring to does, then DCE does not get the firmware to upgrade that unit. If that is the case, the unit must be upgraded manually and it's firmware can be found at www.apc.com/tools/download.

Hi Muhammad,

DCE never upgrades any firmware on the devices themselves, only the NMC. Yes, I'm also aware that the page I suggested was for NMC firmware however I believed that was what you were looking for since you were requesting DCE info. I'm unsure if anyone on this forum has said firmware and if they do, hopefully they can also put an answer in on this thread. What I would suggest however is that you contact your local technical support directly for that firmware.
