error msj adding more racks into ITA

Hello team,

this customer upgrade the it advisor to 9.2.2 and they have licences for 120 racks ( change) but the
 software just admit 101 , when they try to adding more they get an error message and they can't save
 any changes.

i attach images of the problem and the licence,

how can we help the customer?

Thank you for providing the screenshots as they are helpful.

The screenshot you provided shows the racks count limits do not agree, meaning your ITA rack license limit is 140 racks, capacity is 130, change is 120 and so on. Your ITO rack limit is 100.

When the rack counts do not match, DCO and ITA will restrict license limits to the lowest valid license ... so your installation is limited to 100 racks.

To fix this problem you will have to add ITO rack licenses. I would in general recommend you reconcile all of the licenses to the same rack count.
